What if I've already been cut off?
Don’t worry, we can send you a mobile broadband (MiFi) dongle on 48hour tracked delivery which will get you connected as soon as you plug it in, while we work behind the scenes to get you reconnected.
If you’ve already set up a new service with another provider you are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period where you can cancel without penalties.
