When am I transferring?

We will start managing your service effective from 15th April 2024.

We are the only provider to offer 24/7 365 days a year technical support to our customers we know your broadband isn’t 9-5! Our SupportPlus gives you peace of mind that if you ever do need support day or night, we’ve got you covered for just £3 per month and we’ll even take care of any engineer fees! Do I need to do anything as part of the change?

No, just sit back and relax, we will do all the heavy lifting and you can continue to enjoy your current broadband supply, package and price knowing this will stay the same.

What if I don’t want to transfer?

Why wouldn’t you want to join us? We are fully UK based with 4.5 stars on TrustPilot and rated ‘excellent’. We are also ISO9001 and ISO21007 accredited, giving you peace of mind you are in safe hands with us.

What if I have an outstanding issue with Infinics?

What happens to my payments?

Your package price will stay the same and from 15th April 2024 the name that appears on your bank statement will be Home Telecom. We aim to keep all changes to a minimum although your billing and payment collection date may slightly differ from usual.
