Why am I transferring to Home Telecom?

When am I transferring?
We will start managing your service effective from 1st April 2024.
Home Telecom is the only provider to offer 24/7 365 days a year technical support to our customers we know your broadband isn’t 9-5! Our SupportPlus gives you peace of mind that if you ever do need support day or night, we’ve got you covered for just £3 per month and we’ll even take care of any engineer fees! Do I need to do anything as part of the change?
No, just sit back and relax, we will do all the heavy lifting and you can continue to enjoy your current broadband supply, package and price knowing this will stay the same.
What if I don’t want to transfer?

What happens to my payments?
Your package price will remain the same, and starting from 1st April 2024, “Home Telecom” will appear on your bank statement. While we aim to keep changes minimal, your billing and payment collection date may vary slightly.
