With new projects developing, a position for a Retentions Advisor has arisen. This role is based in our Customer Care department, and you will be working closely with the Broadband Support, Credit Control, Accounts and Customer Service Departments.

Key responsibilities:
As a customer Retentions Advisor, you will take calls from existing residential customers that may be looking to change their current services. As an expert Customer Service Advisor, you will build rapport to win the customer back; we will make their journey a great experience.
Turn a negative situation into a positive result as you can support and inform our customers of the benefits of our products and packages.

Must haves:
Confident and professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport with the ability to negotiate and influence confidently at all levels.
Experience of a call centre, customer services or telecoms background or direct retentions. Sales experience is advantageous.

Our team of PHP / Web Developers work in-house improving our website, online sign up form, whilst supporting and developing our bespoke CRM systems to name a few of their tasks!

We are looking for someone to provide high quality service to new and existing customers, whether managing Assurance or Engineering requests. Exceeding expectations to ensure that all work is completed within the set service level agreements.

Aim to provide a “First Time Fix” when assisting customers with all queries / issues over the phone or via email using system troubleshooting guides or seeking assistance where necessary.
Continuously update all management information and statistic boards.
Work closely with the section Team Leader, reporting on work flow and agreeing team SLAs.
Update the Team Leader on escalated customer requests in order to arrange appropriate support or assistance if required.

Responsible to plan and delegate work and ensure all pre and post billing reports are processed and are accurately recorded on our billing platform.
Process files from our telephone carriers.
You will be working with in a small team of 4 – you and your team will be engaged with clients’ billing over weekly and monthly cycles.
Act as single point of contact for billing queries ensuring prompt resolutions for both company and customer.
Deal with bill discrepancies and rectify them in a timely manner.
To carry out any other duties and responsibilities that we within the employee’s skills and abilities wherever reasonably instructed.
Provide regular analysis of key accounts traffic profile for customer reporting and to manage in identifying profit opportunities for the company and cost savings for the customer.

Division: Home Telecom looking after residential customers (business to consumer).

Summary: Using your credit control and customer service experience you will be dealing with our customers to recover unpaid money.

Salary: Based on experience, £17,576 – £21,000.

Division: Global 4 looking after our business customers (business to business – www.global4.co.uk)

Summary: Using your previous sales experience you’ll be contacting potential customers by telephone.

Salary: Based on experience and contract choice: £18,000 – £20,000, plus OTE (exceeding £30,000).

Position: Full-time, permanent contract, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.

Location: You’ll be working in one big office, one small town (Horsham, West Sussex).

Position: Full-time, permanent contracts with a number of options available:

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. One Saturday a month 9am – 1pm.

Location: You’ll be working in one big office, one small town (Horsham, West Sussex).

Conduct daily sales meetings to develop and motivate the team.
Implement team incentives and commission structures.
Communicate effectively the team sales targets to each individual team member ensuring the overall team target is achieved.
Responsible for the development of all new employees within your team.
Coaching, mentoring, training, upskilling, one to ones and performance plans for all team members.
Set team and individual objectives.

Must haves:
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Problem solving skills, self-motivated and ability to motivate others.
Previous management experience or an experienced sales professional looking to move into a sales team leader role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and attention to detail.

Nice to have:
Experience with IT/Technical sales would be beneficial but not essential.

Job Title: Team Leader
