Why am I transferring to Home Telecom?

When am I transferring?

We will start managing your service from the of 2nd April 2024 which means you can call our UK based customer service teams and we are always happy to help.

Do I need to do anything as part of the change?

No, just sit back and relax, we will do all the heavy lifting and you can continue to enjoy your current broadband supply, package and price knowing this will stay the same.

What if I don’t want to transfer?

Why wouldn’t you want to join us? We are fully UK-based with 4.5 stars on TrustPilot and rated ‘excellent’. We are also ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accredited, giving you peace of mind that you are in safe hands with us.

What happens to my payments?

Your package price will stay the same the only change you will notice is from the of 2nd April 2024, the name that appears on your bank statement will be Home Telecom.
