We aim to get your service in place by the time you move in. Our service takes on average 10 working days to be installed at your property. The sooner you confirm your details, the more chance there is we can have your service ready on a date that suits you. If you are not sure the exact date when you are moving - just let us know.
At one point in your contract you will want to talk to a member of our team which is why we have a UK Based Customer Service and Technical Support free to call from your Home Telecom landline or if your calling from another phone, you can ring us at the cost of a standard local and national call.
