Routers
Whether you are tenant or a home owner our broadband package comes complete with a latest N series router to meet all of your internet needs. Details are:-
- Your router will be supplied pre-configured with your user name and password. All that is required is to plug your new router into your telephone socket using the micro filter supplied and power up the router up. The router will then automatically connect to you internet service and you are free to connect either wirelessly or wired through any of the Ethernet ports at the rear of the router.
- If you are a tenant you must remember to leave your router at the premises when you vacate the property – you should note that we levy an £80 charge for missing or damaged routers at the end of your tenancy.
- Home owners are free to keep their broadband routers at the end of their telecoms contract with Home Telecom.

TP-Link TD-W8951ND ADSL2+ Wireless Router
The TD-W8901G is designed to provide a simple and cost-effective ADSL Internet connection for a private Ethernet or 802.11n wireless network. The router is easy to use and can connect multiple devices via standard Ethernet ports or through a wireless connection. This router is fully ADSL2+ compatible.

The Zyxel AMG1202 is recommended for home users who are connecting multiple wireless devices (e.g. gaming devices) to their home network and require additional wireless bandwidth.
