Installation Fee
Home Telecom offers a premium broadband with substantial costs savings. All contracts with us match any break clause you may have in your tenancy agreement. If you need to use your break clause, you can cancel your contract with Home Telecom.

What does the installation fee include?
Everything needed to get your service up and running is included in your service connection fee. Your monthly package and your service connection fee is all you need to pay in the first instance and not until your service has been installed or activated. Each month you will be charged on top of your monthly package for any optional extras and for any calls you have made outside of your specific package.
Will I have to pay an installation fee?
Depending on the length of your contract you may have to pay a service connection fee which is also known as a set up fee. If you cancel your contract early there maybe a fee payable for the cost of the setting up your service.
Installation Fee for Broadband customers
The service connection fee depends on which option Broadband is available to your new property and the length of your contract. Over 80% of properties in the UK are Option 1 Broadband. If you are not sure which option Broadband is available to your property then please contact us.

All our contracts have a minimum contract length of six months and any reduction in set up fees will be payable in you cancel your contract early.
