Whatever length your tenancy agreement is – we will match it! If you need to leave your property early using your break clause in your tenancy agreement – we will match it!
6 month tenancy?
You will need a 6 month contract. If you decide to stay longer at your property we can extend your contract into a monthly rolling contract. At no extra cost!
12 month tenancy?
You will need a 12 month contract. If you decide to stay longer at your property we can extend your contract into a monthly rolling contract. If you need to use your break clause in your tenancy agreement to leave your property early you cancel your contract with us and not pay cancellation fees!
18 month tenancy?
You will need an 18 month contract. If you decide to stay longer at your property we can extend your contract into a monthly rolling contract. If you need to use your break clause in your tenancy agreement to leave your property early you cancel your contract with us and not pay cancellation fees!
Not sure how long you will be at your property for?
Choose a six month contract and benefit from a monthly rolling contract after the initial six month period.
Looking for a set month contract?
When you complete our online sign up form, just put the number of months you want a contract for and we will match it. Choose a contract length longer than six months and – we will match it!
